What you build is paid when you build it — by the words you load and the languages you add. What you use is paid monthly — by the messages answered and the content checked.

Response engine

Answers customers from your own knowledge — your site, your manual, your policies — in every language you add. Nothing is written by an AI at reply time; the AI builds and proves the engine, then it answers from authored content.

Moderation engine

Checks content before it goes public and keeps the clearly bad out. Ships as a curated, measured template — no build, no knowledge to load. It learns from the doubtful cases you resolve and converges toward fully local.

Monthly use: Content checked. The AI is only called on the doubtful cases.

Beyond the plan

Every allowance has a price past its limit, so a bigger site or more traffic never needs a different product. You see the amount before it is charged.

How things are counted

Words

Counted on the material you load in the Load step, before the build. Editing a topic afterwards is free; loading more material and rebuilding counts the new words.

Languages and rebuilds

Each language is built, hardened and proven separately from your knowledge — translated by us, or from your own files. Building is priced by words times languages; your plan includes the first build and a monthly rebuild, editing never counts.

Messages and checks

A message counts when the engine answers it, asks which product, or hands it to a person. A check counts for every item the moderation engine classifies. Your own test chats never count.
